Good food doesn’t always have to look good, but trust me that after having consumed the cemita in question, this photo does indeed LOOK GOOD. We’re calling this one a BUY. We’d also like to send out a big congrats to Empellon’s Alex Stupak, who was named to Food & Wine’s 2013 class of Best New Chefs on Tuesday. The honor is much deserved!
