The Truffle Shuffle begins. Here’s the menu from Guy Savoy in Las Vegas. It costs a ton of money. We’re talking over $1,000 for two before wine. Yeah. Keep in mind the regular long tasting menu is $348, so the pricing isn’t completely out of whack by Savoy standards. Truffled a la carte items are also available at this fine venue for $45-$135. I dig this joint, as I noted in my Bloomberg News review. But man oh man. That’s a lot of dough, cuz.
