Thomas Keller’s three Michelin-starred French Laundry is listed as $270 per person, service-included, but those who visited yesterday could have spent up to $595 per person with all the caviar, truffle and wagyu supplements. It’s the most expensive French Laundry menu we’ve seen since a $495 variant earlier this sumer. The Price Hike’s prestigious MENU DOCTOR explains it all below:



Note that the cheapest “beef” option is a $100 supplement. Sure, there’s a veal course with no upcharge, but while veal comes from cows, it’s mild and elegant flavor sure ain’t a substitute for the more mature flavor of proper beef.
