French Laundry’s $453 Iberico & Truffle Menu

Thomas Keller’s The French Laundry, one of two three Michelin-starred restaurants in California, typically charges $75 for its Australian black truffle supplement (which replaces the foie gras course, now banned under California law). But today, we have a $100 price, likely due to the presence of Jamon Iberico in that same course.

So with the optional $50 caviar & abalone preparation, diners can spend up to $453 at Laundry tonight (after taxes). Is this a BUY HOLD OR SELL?
