Here are some of the culinary offerings from yesterday’s menu at The French Laundry in Yountville, California. This feature is typically called “Per Se Today,” which tracks the price of supplements at Thomas Keller’s three Michelin-starred New York restaurant. But since Per Se in on summer break, we decided to show a little menu action from The Laundry, Keller’s service-included flagship. Guests who opt for all the supplements on yesterday’s menu would have spent $495 per person before wine and tax, or $990 for two.
