So argues Virginia Postrel in her Bloomberg View column, in which she makes the case for insurers to pay fixed fees to organ donors, either in cash or over time. What do you think, fellow Price Hikers? Should there be a legal market for organs? And is a kidney, literally, a BUY, HOLD, or SELL at $50K?
